"Green", "flexibility", "comfort" and "antibacterial" have become popular trends today. Speaking of elasticity, there are currently two main types of elastic fabrics. Spandex elasticity and non-spandex elasticity are two major categories.

1. Spandex elastic yarn
   Spandex elastic fabric still occupies a very important position. As we all know, spandex has great elasticity and strong compatibility, but the shortcomings are obvious. It cannot be used alone and needs to be interwoven with other fibers; it has poor dyeing performance, is not resistant to chlorine, and is easy to age. Wait.

2. Non-Spandex elastic yarn
   At present, there are many non-spandex elastic yarn on the market, among which the more common ones are T400, PBT, Sorolla, T800, PTT, polyester super-elastic (a kind of mechanical elastic), and United Chemical Fiber based on fabric-level PBT high-elastic yarn LTY-linked elastic yarn developed from Shanghai. The common feature of these fibers is elasticity, but other characteristics have their own merits. Among them, LTY stretch yarn has the characteristics of permanent elasticity, easy dyeing, fast dyeing, chlorine resistance, anti-aging, and cotton imitation. After years of research and development-customer use-upgrade, stable production is now available. Terminal orders are mostly orders from Europe, America, Japan and South Korea. 

3. MTY cotton sense & elastic yarn
  In recent years, many imitation cotton products have appeared on the market, such as the popular T8 composite fiber, cool silk cotton and other products. However, the early T8 caused a lot of trouble to the weaving enterprises because of uneven sliver and unstable shrinkage. This is because the high-viscosity component A and low-viscosity component B of the T8 composite fiber composition are at the spinneret, and A package B is more or B package A is more.

Through the combination of LTY and matting, a matt high elastic cotton-like composite fiber is obtained. Product features, vision and hand feel close to natural cotton, in addition to flexibility, anti-aging and other characteristics. Let consumers feel it. It is an excellent and intuitive cotton-like product.

Through the combination of LTY and semi-gloss, semi-gloss high elastic cotton-like composite fiber is obtained. Product features, visually similar to imitation cotton, feel close to natural cotton, and have elastic characteristics.

Through the difference in color absorption between LTY stretch yarn and polyester, in the dyeing and finishing process, through temperature adjustment, the positive polyester effect is realized. It can also be made into a single color through temperature adjustment. In this way, the functions of elasticity, different color, suction and discharge can be integrated. It saves many links and costs for weaving, and is currently used in weft-knitted sports and leisure series fabrics.
